FERRET FUN FACTS

Our ferrets come in assorted colors – sable being the most common. Our ferrets are neutered and de-scented. A once a month bath is recommended, but not too often as that may increase in odor and skin problems. Ferrets can be litter box trained. We carry ferret litter boxes and ferret safe litter.

Ferrets should be fed a high-quality ferret food. 
We feed & recommend Sun Seed brand ferret food. 
Dog & Cat food is not recommended. Ferrets sleep
18-20 hours daily but need daily interaction with their
family.  Ferrets are social animals & can be trained to be
friendly with cats and dogs.

Ferrets arrive here with their first vaccinations. They need two boosters, after that, then one yearly booster shot. Ferrets given healthy food, exercise, vaccinations and love, will be playful member of your family living 10 to 12 years.
